Details about what to bring, Medical forms, and Cancellation

Bring food for your dog's length of stay. 

Please have the dry food enclosed in a well marked plastic bag or container/bins. 

(Just in case, bring a few days extra supply!)

If you prefer, we can supply food for your pet's stay - we offer a high quality Canadian pet food, Canadian Naturals Turkey & Salmon ($2/cup)

Raw food diet and special dietary needs - fees apply depending on the dietary needs of the dog.

We can administer pills to insullin shots. We charge a $5 fee for administration of medications. 

Please ensure all medication is clearly marked with information provided on how to administer.

Required:

* Vaccination Records (to be emailed to us ahead of time)

* Registration form & waiver 

* Well fitted collar on your dog

* A dog coat in the winter if you dog gets cold easily

* Medication if applicable

* Food 

* Blanket and/or toy (machine washable)

* Bedding, dishes and leashes  - that's all covered at N.B.K. (if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate, let us know and we can provide that too!)

* Bordetella

* Distemper/Adenovirus/

Parvo/Parainfluenza (DAPP) 

*Rabies

*Fleas/Tick* - we strongly encourage from the months of March to November that your dog is on a flea treatment. All dogs should be flea & tick free.

*Titer accepted*

Please ensure all vaccinations are up-to-date and administered at least 14 days  prior to check-in. 21 days is optimal.

We take a small number of dogs, to ensure we provide exceptional service and provide the best care for your dog. Reservations are required to ensure you have your dog's needs in mind.

* Deposits are refundable less 50% cancellation fee, up to 60 days prior to the reservation, otherwise non-refundable. The balance of the invoice is waived up to 30 days prior to the reservation, otherwise  it is payable and due at the time of cancellation.
