Each year we breed our ewes in the fall for lambs to be born in the spring.
We are involved in the process all the way, from conception to consumption.
Our lambs are grass-fed and vineyard pasture raised on our 5 acre property on the Naramata Bench, minutes from Downtown Penticton.
Our beef is raised from a young age and customarily feeder heifers. This provides a carcass size that is a little smaller which lends to a more portion friendly size in steaks and roasts for your enjoyment.
All our livestock is sustainable & ethically produced to meet our high quality standards.
We begin taking reservations each spring for full or half carcass sales and additionally,
we keep a selection of cuts available for individual purchase.
All lamb and beef is cut to meet our customer needs from a licensed abattoir,
individually paper wrapped and boxed for easy pick up at N.B.K. Farms to bring right to your freezer door.
